Held at Pineapple Studios on Thursday, 6th March 2025, this one-of-a-kind event brings together top industry professionals, including Royal Caribbean Entertainment, Disney Live Entertainment, Richard J Hinds, and Debbie O’Brien Casting. Whether you’re aiming for cruise ships, theme parks, theatre, or large-scale productions, this workshop offers invaluable insight, expert guidance, and the opportunity to be seen by world-class casting teams.

RICHARD J HINDS
Richard J. Hinds, a graduate of the Interlochen Arts Academy, is a NYC/London based Director and Choreographer. He served as the Associate on the Broadway and West End productions of Titanique, Elf, Company, Come From Away, Disney’s Newsies, Jekyll and Hyde, Il Divo: A Musical Affair as well as the National Theatre’s productions of Here Lies Love. He also worked on the National/UK Tours of 9 to 5, Disney’s High School Musical and David Walliams’ Demon Dentist and Awful Auntie.
RYAN WALSH
Ryan joined the Royal Caribbean casting department as a casting specialist for dancers, aqua performers, and specialty artists. Currently, Ryan serves as Manager, Talent Casting for the Royal Caribbean Group, playing a crucial role in the casting selection and operation of Royal Caribbean’s ever-growing fleet of 28+ vessels and 140+ productions.
STEPHEN GELPI
Stephen Gelpi is a seasoned entertainment professional with nearly 15 years of experience in talent casting, training, and operations within the theme park industry. As Manager, Talent Casting Strategy & Initiatives at Disney Live Entertainment, Stephen plays a pivotal role in shaping global recruitment and retention strategies for the company’s world-class performers.
VICTOR FARINAS
Victor serves as the Casting Administration Manager with the Talent Casting Strategy team at Disney Live Entertainment. In this role, he helps drive the execution of initiatives and processes that support global recruitment efforts for Disney Live Entertainment Casting Directors. Acting as the connective tissue across all sites worldwide, Victor ensures seamless collaboration to implement engagement strategies and discover exceptional talent for a variety of roles.
